Website Overhaul
James worked with the development team to overhaul the user interface. The goal was to reduce the number of phone calls made into the company by providing easy to find information online that answers the customers questions.
Lead Generation and Follow Up Cycles
James worked to provide the mechanisms that allowed FLM Loans and all other companies in The Richmond Group to implement highly complex follow up cycles across email and text messages. Not only was the implementation vital, but it was equally as important to ensure all communication was measureable leading the evolution and optimization of the follow up cycles. These follow up cycles were responsible for the double of the loans issued to £4,000,000 per month.
Internet Marketing Education
Along side augmentation James worked with all companies in The Richmond Group to educate their teams with many different aspects of internet marketing. From PPC, search marketing, and social media James left a company with a clear vision of how to maximize and measure their online investment.
