
In 2008 James worked with Tempur in several key areas particularly the move of their UK eCommerce website to a new and improved platform that allowed Tempur to make marketing driven content updates to the site.
Internet Strategy
James created an internet strategy for Tempur UK to help them understand where to place their investment. This covered social media, email sends, forums, and Tempur online real estate.
eMail Marketing
In order to better generate leads James worked with Tempur to source appropriately segmented contact lists, the authoring, and the sendings of emails to over 200,000 people in the UK leading to impressive open rates and generate leads.
Sales Partner Promotions
Tempur wished to push sales offline and James worked on the creation of a new online promotion website. The website allowed Tempur to create competitions where sales staff could record their daily sales. The top sales people won prizes and their details added to the micro site to incentivise.
