Q: How much do Datafox services cost?
A: The Datafox Starter Box is £500. The cost of all other services varies depending on your requirements.
Q: Do I need to send a deposit for the work?
A: We request a 50% deposit prior to commencing new projects. The balance is due on completion of the project unless otherwise agreed.
A: We prefer you pay us via direct bank transfer (BACS) and we also accept cheques. Details for payment are included on our invoices.
Q: What information do you need from me?
A: Depending on the status of your business we may request branding information (colour schemes, logos, photography), and content. We can source and author content for you for an additional cost.
Q: Will we need to have a meeting?
A: Usually we conduct all our business online and via the phone however we can organise face to face meetings if necessary although this may incur additional cost. This approach allows us to offer more services for less cost which ultimately benefits us all.
Q: Can I add more pages after my website goes live?
A: We only build websites with technology that allow you to add the majority of content when you wish and without our involvement. If required we can do the work for you, simply let us know and we will get a quote for you.
Q: Can I make changes to the website myself?
A: This is your website. You can do make any changes you like to your website and will have full access to it.
Q: How long does it take for a Datafox Starter Box to be completed?
A: We aim to have all work completed within 4 weeks of agreement of requirements.

Q: Do I need to buy a domain name and hosting?
A: We can organize the purchase of your domain and offer hosting services that cover most services.
Q: Can I host my website elsewhere?
A: Yes so long as the host supports your new website requirements.
Q: I’ve already got a domain name – can I use it?
A: Yes absolutely. Let us know if this is the case and we will give you instructions on how to procede.
